Overview
The first landmark Surgeon General's report on gun violence's effect on the health of Americans.
I created a motion design system, along with directing graphics for for this release. We went through many iterations of graphics, all very data driven, rather than using triggering visuals or photography. The final art direction for the graphics used in the advisory mixed mid-century inspired minimal geometric forms with sketchy linework and duotones. The motion graphics I made were retweeted by the presidential team and VP candidate at the time, Kamala Harris.
