SMALL CHANGE, BIG IMPACT
With Altruist, the client wanted to create an application that allowed for one-time and round-up-purchase donations to charities that the user loves. The application would be a place for charities to be known, and for philanthropists to become more connected with the organizations. Since the brand was about small change with a big impact, I felt that the sprout icon was a great direction to go for brand. The primary color scheme of the application lets it carry a fun and lightweight attitude that makes it easy to engage with some sometimes hard-hitting causes the user could support.
The product design for altruist was extensive, and involved custom UI elements, interactions, and workflows to create the feeling of a native application. The end result of many views is here in the prototype I created, check it out on your phone or desktop using the button below.
THE MARKETING SITE
I created a fully responsive launch page for the app using the custom illustrations and icons used in the brand. The site showcased all of Altruist's features and use-cases and led to clear call-to-actions to download the app.
